DELIVERY AND RETURNS

We want to ensure your experience with Celeste Mendis is seamless and exceptional. Please read our returns policy carefully:

Return Request Timeframe:
Please submit return requests within seven days of delivery. Requests made outside this window will not be eligible.

Timely Returns:
Ensure your return reaches us within 15 days of the delivery date to be accepted for a refund. If not, the return will not be processed.

Return Condition:
Celeste Mendis products must be returned in a new, unused state and impeccable condition. All protective materials, original boxes, delivery packages, accessories, and documents must be included.

Signs of Wear or Alteration:
We cannot accept returns if the product exhibits signs of wear or use or has been altered from its original condition.

Refund Confirmation:
